meaning you can stay up late, late working hard to get solutions
人生の益にならない小さなことにたくさんの時間を使うのは
if you are young and you get addicted to small little things
ドラッグと同じで大切な時間を奪ってしまう
that drag you all your time away from what might be productive in life.
それはまさに中毒者みたいなものだね
It’s almost like addiction.
自分で考えられる年齢になったら
By time you are certain age , you can think for yourself,
自分で答えを出せる人になってほしい
only then you can come up with right answer.

People judge you by how much you know,

what is your skill set that’s even determined for the job you get hired for.
性格とは他人に対する態度のことです
the personality is how you act towards other people.

what you are like

Do you care about others?

Or do you just brush them aside and not care about them?

And do you want to make money?

those sort of things are decided between the ages of 18 to 23 for most people.

that’s when you consider , “Do I wanna be apart of a religion?”

Your religion has been forced on you by someone else,

so I always encourage parents to do what I did as a parents,

which is don’t put values as parents on your children.

let them find their own because they will appreciate it more.

once you have your personality settle,

so between those ages, pretty much the college years,

you should think out, what are the keys to be in a good person

if you are good enough person and you are skilled at something,

It’s unusual.

you would want to look at much more usual example of smaller companies,

For example , it’s most fun thing in the world
ほとんどの人はシリコンバレーを目指すでしょう
a lot of people looked at silicon valley
シリコンバレーは世界を変えたきっかけを作ったとして知られています。
silicon valley is only well known because it got the head start in the part that was going to be.
５０年もの間、富と商品が増え

but now it’s equalizing out everywhere in the world

huge companies i don’t think it’s worth focusing on huge companies
どんな会社を立ち上げても、できることを全てやり
any company you start , you should do everything you can
世界の誰よりその会社をよくするべきです
to make it better in the world than the other people would make it
学校で出される小さな課題や宿題であっても
you are doing small project. same thing in school when you’re doing homework
常にこの世で自分にしかできないやり方は何かを考えなさい
what could i do the other people wouldn’t think of everywhere in the world

if you have a chance , to be involved in a start up, even early,

you can always go back to school at later dates. school is not a fixed schedule.
